Barbell Club is a strength-focused class inspired by powerlifting and olympic lifting fundamentals, incorporating barbell technique, functional strength, and controlled lifts. You’ll learn proper form, build total-body strength, and gain confidence under the barbell in a supportive environment.

Community Movement

Run. One. is a simple running group committed to running one mile together each morning. No pressure, no comparison—just consistency, fresh air, and a supportive group to help you start your day with purpose and movement.

Junior Buffs

Kids Fitness 

Junior Buffs is a kids’ athletic conditioning program designed to build speed, strength, confidence, and coordination in a fun, supportive environment. Each session blends agility drills, beginner strength training, and teamwork-based challenges to help kids develop a strong athletic foundation. Kids learn to work hard while having a great time.

Mom & Me

Parent + Child Movement

Mom & Me is a joyful movement class for moms and their little ones. Through simple exercises, playful activities, and partner movements, moms connect with their bodies while bonding with their children. Expect laughter, light strength work, stretching, and a warm community of women learning to move together.

Family Fit & Fun

Seasonal Community Event

Family Fit & Fun is a family-friendly movement event designed to bring people together through strength exercises, relay and obstacle challenges. Bring the kids, bring a friend, or come solo—everyone is welcome.
